Regular type folic acid (added to enriched flour in US) is not able to be used by those with MTHFR gene variation. In fact, it basically gums up the works.
You should have your self checked for MTHFR. It’s a very common mutation in people that have RA. And there are medicines that could be recommended for treatment of the RA or other conditions (like methotrexate) that would be detrimental to you. So it’s good for you to know whether or not you have this mutation.
If you have MTHFR you should also avoid folic acid during pregnancy. Instead take methylated folate.
We discovered this because a relative had a baby with spina bifida occulta ( a mild form — he’s doing great). Despite mom taking the recommended vitamins and having an excellent diet. Turns out folic acid blocked the beneficial folate in her developing baby.
If you do test positive for MTHFR, you should strive to avoid all folic acid enriched foods and supplements in the US.

AI’s are made to be goal oriented & will do anything to accomplish those goals, no matter the circumstances. They aren’t malicious actors driven by human emotions such as greed or self-interest. No. They’re more like extreme automatons with only the achievement of their tasks driving them. They aren’t conscious beings set out to harm. It’s the people controlling them & setting their goals that are actually responsible for any & all harm.

The promoting of the covid pandemic and its dangerous vaccines through government propaganda and attempts to silence dissenting medical/scientific views is a separate issue from AI regulation. CCDH and Sanders may have a valid case for regulating AI.
