From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, the temperature of water is also significant. We generally encourage avoiding iced drinks, particularly with meals, and favour warm water and teas to support digestion. I'm also fascinated by a new water technology, which takes ordinary water through a specialised filtration and hydrogen-enrichment process before exposing it to specific wavelengths of light, designed to influence how water interacts with the body at a cellular level. There's a Netflix documentary coming out before the end of the year exploring this technology. Super excited to watch!

Excellent information Dr. McCleary!

The best water I've ever had is from a running stream high in the mountains. I wonder what can be said about well water? How about water that moves? Like what Viktor Schauberger described. Has anyone compared water in a variety of natural environments? What distinguishes it in it's effect on the body? And it is very intriguing the factor of sunlight and water. Water and plants, within and near. Water and rocks. Water and movement. Water frozen and unfreezing. Water that moves through dirt. Anyone have any thoughts?

I am always interested in Water.. the BEST TASTING WATER I have ever had it is a TIE:

between GLACIAL WATER IN ICELAND .. yes I did that. from a waterfall in ICELAND when I was there. filled up coke bottles right from the lake !! and drank it w.o testing. Everyone was jealous later.. and wanted some :) which I shared with my family and friends.

Second from a Well water in the mountains in VA.. we did test it.. later. BUT TO THIS DAY nd I cannot access it again for now. it is still the best. WATER IS EVERYTHING. right now I feel very dehydrated from the heat in this house.. drinking water and apple juice. got some Hydrogenated water. taste flat must be the brand.

You are a water ecstatic like me. Glacial water!

I wish to go back to those mountains and have again that water. I used to hike and carry so many miles down a few bottles. I never dared to drink it lower down the mountain, as I heard of contaminations.

We have a well now. We filter with a very nice gravity filter, but I realized that it tastes so much better unfiltered. So, I don't drink from the filter anymore at home. And, just melted ice seems to feel more energized. I didn't want to believe it, because ice water felt like a restaurant convention, but, it is better. I don't know why.

Please take a look at Pierre Kory's deep dive into water through his recently published books:

The Stone and Water Series. Truly eye opening with far reaching ramifications.

Any thoughts or insight on Aurmina?

I’ve been using Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt. Anyone else? It and Celtic are the brands I have seen mentioned most.

I just started using it recently. I alernate between that and Celtic.

What are your thoughts on structured water?

Thank you Sayerji for an industry...water.

Harsh truth, "we are drinking someones pee, it is truth not grose".

Human biological bodily fluids (womens monthly) and almost all pharma supplements end up in a great cauldron of ever changing chemical compounds.

Are water industry people successfully removing those contaminants? No. Not at all.

New dimension has been added now with cv19 spike protein toxins freely floating and being consumed by ordinary people. Can the spike proteins be removed by water industry or any filteration methods? Not that I'm aware of.

Water industry is the only industry that charges customers for supplying potable water and it charges for taking out wastewater.

A new way of cutting costs on treating wastewater by use of nano tech. based chemicals...

Ref.:

https://www.carbonet.com/

Question is, if nano based chemicals are used to treat will they remove toxic spike protein? Not possible...

Not all nanochemicals that are used to treat water can be removed from water. So, when water is released to water ways (river, downstreams)left over nanochemicals might enter human food chain and to the body cells level...

Too many ifs...

Water is not pure drinkable water anymore. It is just H2 and O2, chemically and added to it harmones and spike toxins.

Thank you for the article..

Distilled water is cleaner than any filter. All filters fail somewhere.

My one gallon distiller (small household) was $60 on Amazon.

Sayer Ji's avatar

Agreed. And I should have added distillation before introducing RO.

What store-bought liquid chlorophylls are acceptable?

Mark Wayne's avatar

We add a pinch of Celtic salt or black salt and potassium chloride to purified water.

WyrdPrism's avatar

Sadly, we also now need to also consider that sea salt is one of the greatest 'hidden sources' of microplastics
