I had no clue you could get natto without it being from soy which we are allergic to. Great to have this option!

I've subscribed to the triad: CardioNK, MethylateBLUE and Women's Multi. I'm already feeling a calm and balance that translates to more energy, a sharper more alert mind, and a sense that metabolism is humming along as it was intended. No digestive issues, no unexplained aches and pains, improved skin quality, and better sleep.

Wow! That's great Wendy. May I ask as to whether you have a specific condition that this addresses? I have autoimmunity and a low thyroid (but family history of coronary issues but not sure this would necessarily pursue me....).

Hi Mare,

I've had chronic Lyme since 2008. It's a complicated, frustrating, sometimes debilitating journey with intermittent good days, difficult relapses and myriad approaches to treat symptoms, lower inflammatory cytokines, and build up the immune system to avoid an autoimmune response.

Lyme mimics a lot of other conditions and staying on the right path to resolving its chronic issues required dedication and personal advocacy that took over most of my attention doing research and fine-tuning diet and supplementation.

I've worked to resolve leaky gut from IV-antibiotic use years ago, along with nutrient hijacking by pathogens that limits nutrient absorption and may lead to an autoimmune response.

After nearly two decades of trying to crack the code to achieving wellness with chronic Lyme, I finally feel my body responding to the authenticity it recognizes in the Regenerate protocol I've adopted for the last two months. I've also fine-tuned every aspect of my lifestyle and nutrition over these years to align with my body's innate ability to heal.

I hope that the underlining issues you face will respond as well, since they align with mine in many respects. Take care and persevere - your mind, body and soul were always meant to connect on this deeper level.

What a beautiful reply. Thank you so much. I feel very supported here. I didn’t expect it!! So sorry that you’ve had Lyme I was following someone who was having success with helping others to overcome Lyme her company is Jernigan Nutraceuticals - if you’ve heard of them?

Thank you for the article Sayerji.

I consume traditional dishes made out of fermented rice, blackgrams...

That works just fine for me.

2 months in and so many benefits I can feel. Circulation improving for sure, especially down under. My blood work came back noticeably lower in all poor category especially tricky triglycerides 43% lower. Have been eating better but it’s drastic. Feel better and sleeping better. Hunting season starts soon I’ll see if my hiking stamina improves like I am hoping. Thank you Sayer!

This is a beautiful look at how traditional food works. The nattokinase does not exist in the soybean. It is secreted by the bacteria during fermentation. The soybean is the substrate. The ferment is the author. The molecule is not invented in a lab. It is made by a living process that has been working for centuries.

The pattern is the one that matters. Not a molecule invented in a lab, but a molecule a traditional food had been quietly making all along, which nobody thought to look for until someone did.

The choice to keep the vitamin K2 with the nattokinase is the right one. They evolved together in that food. Human beings have eaten them together for as long as the food has existed. Separating them is the industrial approach. Keeping them together is the traditional one.
