It sounds wonderful, but unfortunately, it won't fit my budget, even on subscription. For those of us who are older (73) and can't grow our own food, buying organic veggies and grass fed meat is a big part of our budget. Then add even a few supplements, and there's no money for anything else. And that's OK. My health is more important than a new car (ours is 30 yrs old) or nice clothes (I buy at WalMart, even though I don't want to). I don't think I am alone in this situation. I'm not against profit, but I wish good health were more affordable...Were I involved in creating products for good health, making it affordable to most people would be a big part of my goal. We can't even budget a visit to a chiropractor or acupuncturist monthly, and that's OK, too, because we manage to keep ourselves pretty healthy. Just letting you see what it's like for some of your followers.
No worries at all. Supplements are just that. Everything we touch upon in this figure as far as problems and solutions are addressable via dietary, lifestyle and mindset! That's always been, and always will be the first line of approach for me and my advocacy.
I am doing my best to replace supplements with lifestyle shifts as well as good food, and I try to have my supps be more like food than chemicals (I take the fermented cod liver oil and concentrated butter oil recommended by Weston Price for my fat soluble vitamins, and I use shilajit), and your supplement is right in alignment with that principle, and I know you will have plenty of folks who see the value and can buy it. It's just a shame it's so expensive. I consider things that are up to $1/day. There are two of us, and that pushes our budget, and I would have tried it at that price, but it just won't work for us. I have to assume we'll be able to manage without it, but I wish you lots of success, because I feel mitochondrial issues and zeta potential issues are overlooked too much, and your product will address a great need. Love your work!
You’re making a very honest and important point. When budgets are tight, even “healthy living” can feel out of reach, and you’re not alone in that struggle. Prioritizing health over extras like cars or clothes is completely valid, and it shows strong values.
It would be a real improvement if good health options were more affordable and accessible for everyone.
Like many folks, I have unfortunately believed for years that good health costs; it costs time, money and effort. I am trying to realize that good health is our birthright, that my body has great intelligence, and that I can support it in being healthy without a lot of 'stuff', but it's a long journey. I find that I am battling the feeling that the world is dangerous, full of toxins, etc. I've been following Sayer Ji for years, bought his great book and read it, love his values. But I do need to feel more empowered to experience good health without spending a lot of money...
The light absorbing factor is intriguing. Sunlight is energy. The infrared generates melatonin. The UV-B in the more direct sunlight (the time they say to avoid) generates vit D in your skin. Infrared also penetrates deeply and purifies. Babies need sunlight before their liver functions to purify the blood. So it's worth a try. And it isn't all that expensive, and is cheaper than a daily coffee.
My message got posted before I could edit/finish…. Bottom line, very impressed with Methylate Blue, very effective, doesn’t take care of 100% of my symptoms, but hands down more effective than anything else I have tried.
I started taking Methylate Blue on June 12, 2026. (I have had severe exhaustion and hypersomnia problems since late Fall 2025.) it, it works, worth every penny.
I completely filled the form to purchase the 3-month-at-a-time subscription. And then I got the stopper: I do not want to enter a phone code in order to make a purchase. If you have a phone number to call to a real person, or if you have a physical address to which I can mail a check, then I will buy your product (methylate). Otherwise, not.
The energy-crisis framing makes sense because fatigue is usually a systems problem, not a single missing supplement. Once you look at the inputs, the craving loop gets a lot less mysterious.
Do you ship to Australia? I did listen to your audible book regenerate back in 2024 when I was in Mexico I think I need to listen to it again to get back in the swing health
Hi Sayer, I had not realised that this is USA only! Your bot was helpful & took my email address & Country name for a list. We in the UK have so little available in the fight against Mitochondria Disfunction & i have used Methylene blue but not often. I really hope Methelate Blue will be available soon🙏🏻.
One of the most important causes of the individual energy crisis is the fact that people can't work few years and have savings to sustain the rest of their lives. This is due to the fact that we use money that some people create more of. It's a problem of the economic environment we live in. Follow my articles.

I`m so fed up!
Several years Methylen blue was a real game changer.
Some years later - now - it is not.
And so you and many other produce a better product... which is so much better - so much more expensive and not available to everyone...
And it happens to so many products...
For example with Omega 3 - now you hear.. only one product is good... a product a lot of sellers make a fortune with... like Zinzino...
I am fed up with all of this information.
So sorry - I am just tired.

I watched your video and ordered this. Can I take this with your CardioNK supplement which I love and take every day?
what do you love about CardioNK? I just want to know what effect you notice? I am thinking of getting it also, Thanks for taking the time. Marlene
