You may want to reassess GARLIC...people with SIBO cannot eat garlic or onions...now, spas and "wellness centers" are eliminating those "foods" from their menus...may be that MOST OF AMERICANS HAVE SIBO???

I have great appreciation for what you share, this Stack, your long history of sharing natural health information. I have a point of contention, some may say it's quibbling, but January, 2021 was just an up-leveling in censorship that had already been going on, not the simple switch of censorship that was turned on; it was already on. Along with its partner propaganda the shadow-banning, marginalization, repudiation of alternative voices from March, 2020 had effectively turned Americans (and the world) into a bunch of mask-wearing, vaccine-demanding, friendship-ending, obedience to authority demanders and enforcers. All without the formalization of censorship that January, 2021 represents.
The actual censorship couldn't have happened without the public mind being primed for it, to be receptive, supportive, to have embraced sentiments shared by public health leaders, politicians, judges that freedom was dangerous, selfish, "F your freedom" uttered by public figures, the 'othering' was already in full swing. In a sense the censorship lagged behind the public opinions that had been manipulated and shaped by the Behavioral Scientists (BS'ers) 'nudging' and coercing, partnered with their compliant and captured (paid by the biggest advertisers, "brought to you by Pfizer" and CDC PSA's) pushing nonstop fear porn propaganda.
The censorship was a natural, predictable and predicted progression from the marketing campaign conjured up by literal Mad Men based on the "Fear Amplification" model of BS. Which was the articulated Rx prescribed by BS'ers who diagnosed the population as 'suffering' from "Optimism Bias" and not at risk of severe illness and death. The BS term of art "Fear Amplification" is a euphemism for what most normies, non-BS'ers know as "Terrorizing." The Rx was to terrorize us into obedience and compliance.
Americans, Brits, Australians, Canadians, etc never would've accepted the loss of freedom, including freedom of speech, without being terrorized by authorities and leading voices. January, 2021 was merely the culmination of the BS-based Non-Pharmaceutical Intervention strategy that governments the world over embraced.
To be sure the health freedom movement was already off to the side of mainstream thought and actions before 2020, labeled fringe and conspiracy, lacking evidence. That groundwork had already been laid. Some will go back to the war on natural health that the Rockefeller-Flexner era launched. Some will even go as far back to the Salem Witch Trials as an opening salvo on natural health, when natural healers were deemed witches and terrorized, burned at the stake. But for posterity's sake we mustn't allow ourselves to believe that January, 2021 was when the Rubicon of health censorship was crossed. That was crossed in the orchestrated, marketing priming campaign of Madison Avenue-level psychological manipulators that preceded it. Tyranny is seldom imposed top-down. It is built up as a result of public demands. Which are manufactured by those in position of authority in order to give them the basis and support of the majority to impose tyrannical rule.
The maxims, "Principiis obsta" and "Finem respice" - "Resist the beginnings" and "Consider the end," are our only defense to it happening again. That is my point of contention, my quibble with your Stack today. The content is useful and appreciated. I just can't read January, 2021 as THE date things changed without challenging it and drawing attention to how it happened. So readers will remember that it was the natural result of not resisting the beginnings, not considering the end. Lest we not learn from history and be doomed to repeat it.
