The $11 million from Pfizer and $7.8 million from Merck is chump change. Not even a little piss in the pot.
What is really pushing the buttons is much bigger and much more important.
1. There are about 6,000 pediatric clinics in the US. At an average gross revenue of $1.2 million, that is $7.2 billion annual revenue. Each clinic might on average, pay $160,000 to Pharma for the shots. Total income item: maybe $900 million or so
2. The economics of a pediatric clinic, say a 2-doctor clinic, are simple: gross revenue, $1.2 million, of which $620,000 are well-baby visits and childhood vaccines.
$480,000 are sick child visits, and $100,000 comes from tests and procedures.
Total expenses are $900,000 (staff salaries and running costs).
3. If you remove the $620,000 of well baby & childhood vaccines, every pediatric clinic is out of business. It will lose $320,000 ($580,000 minus $900,000) each and every year.
Put another way, the two doctors will be paid ZERO and they will owe the BANK another $300K+, personally, until they raise the white flag of bankruptcy.
Basically all pediatric clinics (and those functions in hospitals) will have to close. The model requires them to follow Pharma's rules or become Medecins Sans Frontieres, etc.
No pediatrician can run his practice without vaccines, which means they will all fail.
So the Pediatrics Association is fighting for its life, and Pharma is battling for its revenue streams. Nobody is fighting for you.
In 1961, I learned quite a bit about pediatricians, after discovering the information we paid for from our son's pediatrician created his bad health...and nearly killed him. In 1957, I was a very ignorant young mother who had to learn the hard way that medical doctors did not have the answers people needed. After, I opened my first health and nutrition book, I woke up and never relied on doctors again. Med school does not teach people how to get well and stay well. It is all based on the wrong Medicine...drugs and vaccines. Hippocratic Medicine 2400 years ago produced cures. It is not being taught, because many doctors go into Medicine today to make Money. Hippocratic Medicine was based on NUTRITION, which is not taught in MED School. "Let Food be Your Medicine; and Medicine be Your Food." In addition, Hippocrates prescribed a healthy lifestyle...and the avoidance of toxins. He would never have prescribed drugs and vaccines.
They are all far too busy counting their bank balances and going on pharma funded jaunts to give a rats ass about ANY child.
And their treatment of devastated parents is absolutely unconscionable.

I know they say that Thimerosal is not to blame, but i think it along with the few aluminum vaccines given at the time had a tremendous effect on severity of symptoms. Also, the CDC had them try the schedules at different timing intervals - MN had one of the most aggressive [all by age 1] when most of the country was spread over 2 years. That is one of the reasons we had the highest rates (larger than CA) for so long.

Allow me to suggest that one reason could be that the incidence of community water fluoridation and fluoridated dental products soared in the 1970s and early 1980s. Fluoride, an immune system excitant and inflammatory agent, not only easily passes the blood-brain-barrier, fluoride binds with metals and consequently transports those metals into the brain.
One of the largest routine metal contaminants in water fluoridation chemicals is aluminum and aluminum pots were still a mainstay in 1970s kitchens.

I’m all for calling out basic corruption at every level, especially the fraudulent study conclusions around drugs and vaccines that form the substance of the above article.
However, before we completely destroy public confidence and dismantle Allopathic Medicine, it is critically important we begin creating a convincing alternative health paradigm, and organising a viable alternative medical service, that parents can confidently turn to for help when there child becomes sick with even common maladies, let alone the infectious diseases which vaccines claim to protect children from.
It will be tough enough fighting off the medical industry’s survival attempts, at the same time as trying to acquire recognition for alternative therapies, pay for expensive scientific ‘studies, and convincing Government gatekeepers and insurance companies that these alternative practices will promote health, or at minimum will reduce harms.
If our focus does not become strongly positive very soon we will simply remain a ‘protest movement’, easily contained and neutralised by the current medical cartel because at moment where else can the majority of people go?
However, we are not the ones destroying public confidence in allopathic medicine, allopathic medicine is doing that (way too slowly) all by itself. Next, allopathic/pharma is simply a bunch of kids with chemistry sets, doing experiments in the basement on stray cats, but when their moms yell down to see what they are doing, and what that noise and stench is all about, they yell back, "It's okay, Ma, we're researching ways to save lives."
