Regulation 10-242, buried on page 30 of a 502-page rewrite, adds state-level immediate telephonic reporting for smallpox vaccine reactions — and nothing analogous for MMR, DTaP, HPV, flu, COVID-19, or any other vaccine millions of Pennsylvanians actually receive.
Are they planning to blame something on smallpox? And then planning to find the traditional jab unsafe so they can swap in mRNA version? To manipulate the public to actually demand an mRNA smallpox vaccine? Somebody have another hypothetical here?
They may be preparing for smallpox from: 1) lab escape; 2) release; 3) GOF; 4) attack from current adversaries (but then why just PA); or 5).what are potential out-of-the- box scenarios: create a panic to close the polls in '26 and '28?

They could be planning to force the moneypox vaccine, ACAM 2000 on people as well, which probably has similar characteristics, and one of the side effects is death to the unvaccinated. I asked everyone to look this up on FDA's site and to complain to University of Kentucky about it being a bioweapon. Now they have altered it, hiding Dr. Green's name from Kentucky, who somehow was able to get this death shot approved.
Yea, this is about bringing back that injection. They'll get the reports, wait for someone who reports that is not injected by this poison variation, and push for it.

Oh Bravo! It was hoped that PAers might share their addresses to facilitate this (given the uncertainty). This is still possible if residents feel like including their addresses here - to allow more contributors to write in.
I managed to find a real address of a real apartment building in Pennsylvania, and send the exact text Sayer recommends from my made-up name of a person living in that building. Let's hope that hundreds or thousands of non-Pennsylvanians who follow Sayer are inspired to do something like what I have done.
They are certainly hoping and counting on low-information people believing that their state is “on top of things”, and protecting them, when really this is just the bone they’re throwing to pacify people in the most minimal way. Allows the greed and control to continue unfettered under a false belief.
I understand there's a proposal on the table in Pennsylvania to greatly expand Health Department powers. I would like to voice my opposition to that. (The smallpox thing is weird, and of course I worry what they're up to, but it isn't exactly provoking my passionate opposition at this point.) Would I comment on the expanded powers at the same address you gave (RA-DHCHAPTR27PROPREG@pa.gov)?
No thank you, I’ll pass. Death wish was a great movie, but not something for people who wish to remain in good health. If the pharmaceutical industry really wanted to make our people safe, they would remove the bioweapon death jab from the market.
Lots of wording there to go after the Amish too, who are about 25% of the total Amish in the US, that reside in PA, and don't take the injections of poison.
