Soy is an avoid food for blood type B in the Right for Your Type Diet but it's not a common blood type in the US. Nattokinase is a soy derivative so I use serrapeptase or lumbrokinase as I am definitely allergic to soy.

Good point! Eating organic tempeh is probably better than denatured pills with filler.
Disappointingly, tempeh (organic or otherwise) contains no nattokinase.
....back to "pills," although I will attempt to cultivate a taste for natto.
