Dear friends,
Some of you have been with me since the early 2000’s, when GreenMedInfo was a spreadsheet of studies I could not believe no one had gathered in one place. Research on turmeric, on vitamin D, on the healing capacities of the body, sitting in the peer-reviewed literature where almost no one would ever see it. The idea was simple. Find what the evidence actually says. Cite the source. Put it where people can read it themselves.
That is still the idea. It is the only idea I have ever had. And I want to tell you where it has taken me, because the answer may surprise you, and I do not want it to frighten you.
The light, and what happened when it got bright
For a decade, GreenMedInfo grew because the method worked. Tens of thousands of studies, each one linked to its source. You did not have to trust me. You could click through and read the abstract. Many of you did, and then you went to your doctors with printouts, and some of those doctors changed their minds.
Then, in 2021, a small nonprofit in London published a list of twelve names and called us the Disinformation Dozen. The White House cited it. The platforms acted on it. Overnight, the studies we had spent thirteen years indexing became unfindable for millions of people who had relied on them. Nothing in the research had changed. What changed was who was allowed to see it.
I could have spent the rest of my life litigating that. For a while I did. I was a plaintiff in the federal case built to test the censorship apparatus, and it was dismissed this year on procedural grounds before a single piece of evidence was examined. I spoke about it at the European Parliament. I founded Restore the First to build a public record of what was done and to demand a congressional accounting.
But somewhere in that fight I started asking a different question. Not who censored us, but why the same institutions kept appearing. The same foundations, the same banks, the same advisors, the same names moving between philanthropy, public health, government, and the platforms that decided what you could read. I started following the money and the introductions, the way I had once followed citations. I did not know where it would lead.
Where it led
On the day the Justice Department opened the Epstein files under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, I started reading. I have not stopped since. Nearly 3.5 million pages. More than 2,000 videos. 180,000 images. A record made public and left, for the most part, unread, because no one can read 3.5 million pages.
I did what I have always done. I read the documents. I organized them. I footnoted every claim to a specific page you can pull yourself at justice.gov/epstein, with the federal Bates number in every note.
What the files show, in the records I examined, is not mainly a story about one man’s crimes, though those are documented and they are monstrous. It is a story about how finance, philanthropy, science, and state power came to operate as one, and how a convicted predator sat at the switchboard of that arrangement for more than a decade after his conviction, because he was useful to it.
Some of what is in those files bears directly on questions this community has asked for years. A proposed $100 billion philanthropic fund, drafted by a major U.S. bank, with an offshore arm described in the correspondence as “especially for vaccines.” A document identifying a “strain pandemic simulation” as a deliverable for a private office of one of the world’s largest foundations, dated three years before the pandemic. The people who kept asking Epstein how to organize billionaire money, and kept asking after they knew exactly who he was.
I am not asking you to take my word for any of it. The book is built so that you do not have to. Check the argument. Do not trust it.
Why this is not a departure
I know that for some of you, Epstein is a subject you would rather not look at. I understand that. I did not go looking for darkness. I went looking for the mechanism behind the removal of natural medicine and its advocates from the internet, and the mechanism turned out to have a name and a paper trail.
GreenMedInfo has always been about one thing: putting evidence where people can see it, so that they can decide for themselves what is true and what to do about it. The Epstein files are the largest body of evidence about how power actually works that has ever been made public in this country. Leaving it unread would be a betrayal of everything we built together.
And there is something in it that I think will matter to you. The conditions that produced Epstein are still in place. That is the hard part. The rest of the sentence is the part I hold onto: they can still be dismantled. Not by outrage, which fades, but by a record that cannot be unread once enough people have read it.
That is what light does. It does not fight the dark. It just makes it impossible to pretend the dark is not there.
The book
Shadow Empire: The Epstein Files is published by Skyhorse Publishing under the Children’s Health Defense imprint. Thirty-four chapters. Every claim footnoted. It reached #1 in Amazon’s Law Witnesses category this week, before publication, on word of mouth alone.

Visit shadowempirebook.com to watch the trailer and read the early commentary from Steve Kirsch, Rep. Thomas Massie, Dennis Kucinich, Jeffrey Tucker, James Corbett, and Sonia Elijah.
If you want the fuller story of how I got here, I told it onstage at Children’s Health Defense in Washington last week, and the video is here: They Tried to Remove Natural Medicine from the Internet. The book announcement itself is here: Introducing Shadow Empire.
Thank you for eighteen years of reading the sources with me. This is the same work. It always was.
Let there be light.
Sayer

You are a true hero. I don't know how we can all thank you enough for what you have done. I admit I am scared to read your book but I will buy it. And step by step read it.
All blessings to you and yours,
Rachel
When the pandemic hit, I was couch surfing after being displaced from my home due to a flood. The friend I stayed with had MSM news on constantly. I started to buy into the fear narrative. After I found out my favorite health source for years, GreenMedInfo, was deplatformed from social media, I realized that we were probably in a psyop. All of the deplatformed were legitimate sources while the world yielded to the lies of the illegitimate sources. Thank you Sayer. I will definitely buy your book.
