Another common cause of infertility is PCOS. This can be reversed through fasting and carb restriction, sometimes in weeks. I had a client who had been trying to get pregnant for 8 years, and she conceived the same month she began intermittent fasting. It doesn’t always work that fast. Another client had been to fertility clinics for 20+ years, and no one ever told her about diet for her PCOS. She also went into remission in weeks.
Thanks Sayer, This is so basic, fundamental, and basic common sense. You are a blessing to help get the facts out. It is critical that fact compilers like you and the scientists behind these facts speak up when the facts do not correspond to the narratives falsely pushed as "science." I appreciate your truth seeking.
Obviously, big money is behind the suppression of this critical basic info for healthy bodies and pregnancy fertility--about magnesium which almost everyone in the USA is deficient unless all your food is from west of the Mississippi.
Almost every older woman I know has become hypothyroid over the last 30 years and a large number of the younger women and even children. If your body is deficient in iodine, selenium, or tyrosine, you can't make the thyroid hormones.
We were all dosed in high levels of Fukushima ionizing radiation without being properly instructed by Secretary of State Hilary Clinton or any Obama Administration medical official to take potassium iodine to prevent thyroid damage. Hillary oddly removed the mobile monitors from the West Coast in the first few weeks into Fukushima radiation explosions, leaving scientists without proper data to identify which ionizing elements were landing in the places where most of America's food is grown for this nation. That suppression silenced almost all of the American scientific findings. The food manufacturers on the West Coast lied about the fact that the food contained ionizing radiation that would go into our bodies and lodge being thousands of times worse than simply being exposed to increasing higher background levels from Fukushima that seem to have doubled from pre-Fukushima mostly across the entire USA. Considerable Ionizing radiation from Fukushima blanketed the entire USA from the jet stream and the atmosphere. Today, Fukushima radiation is offensively being dumped into the Pacific Ocean intentionally and reaching our shores California to Alaska. Those radioactive elements are never going away until they go through all their half-lives, some taking hundreds and thousands of years to decay. These damage the thyroid.
Farm animals, for example, manifest reproductive failure, and other serious conditions, when deprived of sufficient minerals in their diet. Animals are offered mineral salts to address these deficiencies.
I do not understand why allopathic medicine has not made an inference regarding human reproductive difficulties. ;)
Can only see the abstract not the full study. 12 women in the study and it doesn't give ages which is the crucial part. If they were all under 30 they might have got pregnant within next 8 months by chance alone nothing to do with mag. It doesnt say how they define their past infertility either. This is pretty much junk science. I am not magnesium is not important but this study (or at least the abstract) is not useful at all for people suffering infertility. Yes vitamins and nutrition are vital but this study does not show magnesium is a miracle cure for infertility.
I don’t have an infertility issue but I can attest to the effectiveness of the combination of both magnesium and selenium. Magnesium glycinate was very effective for me and the selenium is a synergistic bonus. At 73 years old it is very important to keep my energy level up and these two supplements are doing the job.🙏❤️🙏
Why do magnesium manufacturers make the dose so confusing? 600mg is actually a lot of mag when you read the label and see one pill is only a fraction of elemental mag.
I had polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and it took me seven years to conceive my first child. I was unaware of my PCOS until after her birth. Just before I conceived, I visited an acupuncturist and took Chinese herbs, which I genuinely believed helped me become pregnant. This was back in 1996. The acupuncturist advised me to take precautions, but I was convinced I wouldn't get pregnant. Nine months later, my daughter arrived.
This is an incredible find and as is the usual case where big (p)Harma is concerned a simple remedy is ignored for very high paying, often complicated and very often, repeat procedures with very high failure rates too.
There is one piece of information missing though: what is the required level of magnesium to be found in the RBC magnesium tests?
From the links at the bottom I've found this value - RBC-Mg (P < 0.0001) and RBC-GSH-Px (P < 0.0001).

What type of magnesium?
So important to share this. I wish more women knew this fundamental truth—rather than being swept into the fear-based, profit-driven IVF industry.

I certainly never wanted to be pregnant and never do, but this is wonderful news for those having problems. Thank you for sharing this!

Could someone please put this in plain speak?
Thanks.
I read the study but it I couldn't find what type of magnesium they supplemented with. Does it make a difference?
This blog is excellent for this subject https://www.larabriden.com/
Great info Sayer. Thank you!
As the orthomolecular docs say, it might be a dependency, not a deficiency on magnesium and selenium and other supplements!
