Sometimes I will use colloquial phrases like democracy to connect it to mainstream awareness, and not alienate with ideologically purist expressions. However, like you, I prefer constitutional republic over the 'tyranny of the majority' veiled socialism embedded in so-called 'democractic' structures.

Kennedy’s adaptations so far have been relatively minor, likely because he instinctively knows how far he can damage pharmaceutical profits before somebody is paid to permanently remove him.
Unfortunately the full benefits of the changes he has brought in, especially the impact on chronic disease in the US population, won’t be seen for many years.
