Would really be interested to know how to source pomegranate juice because I heard the major brand out there- Pom- has undesirable contaminates in it

Yes, I would never buy POM. They add chemicals to extract the juice and dissolve the membranes. ~like other companies do with grapefruit or other citrus.

I buy them in season and manually extract the ruby jewels and freeze them in little jars or dehydrate them.

You may want to buy organic products that provide information on how it is extracted. These products exist out there

Been drinking pure blueberry pomegranite juice for 2 years….was a 5 artery bypass person. Curious what the buildup looks like now. It's been 5 years since surgery. Have to admit I am in sports like when I was 40 years old.

Reportedly, Pom which is the primary supplier of pomegranate juice in North America is the second largest user of pesticides in California.

Can you confirm this and suggest a work around given all the good reasons to consume the stuff?

I will only buy knudson pomegranite blueberry.

I take the supplements and sometimes the powder version daily ( organic)

What is the most agreed upon proper clinical dosinga used during used as too little will not get the desired effects.. too much maybe a waste of money.

Thank you

Talking about healthy eating etc. my friend asked me to try boiling coriander leaves and drink just ½ a cup daily for about 45 days or at least boil coriander seeds if I cannot get the leaves.

Apparently good for the heart, high blood pressure, cholesterol etc.
