Imran Ahmed’s watchdog told the public MSI Reproductive Choices only “approved testimonies.” The leaked internal minutes, nine days earlier, said MSI “signed off on recommendations.” Gates funds MSI at over $54 million. Soros funds both organizations directly. Warren Buffett’s foundation covers 88% of MSI’s US arm. And the DOJ has already been asked to investigate.

🚨 1/ EXCLUSIVE: Leaked CCDH meeting minutes reveal that MSI Reproductive Choices—one of the world’s largest abortion providers—“signed off on recommendations” in a report later presented as CCDH's 'independent research.' Why should anyone outside the abortion debate care? …

Executive Summary

  • The finding. On March 27, 2024, the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) — the same UK-headquartered organization behind the “Disinformation Dozen” targeting Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Joseph Mercola, this author, and nine others — published Digital Disparities: The Global Battle for Reproductive Rights on Social Media, a report co-produced with MSI Reproductive Choices (formerly Marie Stopes International), one of the world’s largest abortion providers. The report’s published methodology says only that MSI “approved the use of testimonies.” CCDH’s own leaked internal minutes, dated nine days earlier, say MSI “signed off on recommendations.”

  • The architecture. The same funder network sits on both sides of the arrangement. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is MSI’s single largest institutional private funder — over $54 million in documented grants, including $24.3 million committed eight months after the report published. Open Society Foundations (George Soros) funds both MSI Reproductive Choices and CCDH directly (a $250,000 CCDH grant for FY2024 was confirmed by the Washington Free Beacon on November 17, 2025). And the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation (Warren Buffett) has provided at least $508 million to MSI-US since 2009 — 88% of MSI-US’s total income.

  • The stakes. The Center for Countering Digital Hate told the House Judiciary Committee, in CEO Imran Ahmed’s own signed voice and “under pain of perjury,” that CCDH is not funded by governments. MSI Reproductive Choices is over half government-funded (£87M of £160M in 2019). The joint report’s recommendations were routed by CCDH staff into the US State Department and the White House Gender Policy Council. The same research portfolio has since been submitted as independent research to Ofcom, the UK Parliament, the Canadian Senate, and the US Congress. And America First Legal has already filed a formal FARA complaint with the DOJ.

Editorial disclosure: The author is a named plaintiff in Finn v. Global Engagement Center (M.D. Fla., Case No. 3:25-cv-00543). This report extends the investigations documented in The Real Pandemic Profiteers, Follow the Money, GAVI Tried to Bring Back Attacks, and Co-Authors of Censorship.
