It needs to have coordination but not much, just a question like this: "Do you pledge to stop paying interest on your bank loan?" And a simple yes for those who do and their name. How was it tested before approval? How many people, over how long, in what populations?
What's the difference between "approved" and "recommended"?
Who decided it should be on the schedule, and on what evidence?
Is it still being monitored after approval, and what has that monitoring found?
Manufacturing & Oversight
Who makes it, where, and under what quality standards?
Who inspects the manufacturing, and how often?
Who would be held liable if a batch is defective?
Which vaccines are combination vaccines and which components are mixed from multiple manufacturers?
Practical & Autonomy
Is it truly optional, or is there a legal/financial penalty for declining?
Can I opt out of individual components (e.g., thimerosal-containing formulations)?
What are the alternatives if I decline (delayed schedule, partial schedule)?
Who is the named decision-maker on the consent form, and what does signing actually commit me to?
The short answer is that a fully informed consent conversation should address what you're getting, why, how well it works, what can go wrong, who's responsible if it does, and what your alternatives are — and that the current consent process in most jurisdictions (a brief form signed at the clinic) covers very little of this in depth.
There are probably other questions as well.

Thanks for the alert and all the detail on this, Sayer; it's very helpful for us 'regular citizens' who don't seem to hear about these things otherwise! I wrote an email to the Dept. and made it my own so it won't get aggregated and I CC'd it to my Assemblyman and Senator as well. That said, it's hard to imagine they give us any credence as we are just "stupid hoi polloi" which attitude has been the problem with government for decades.

I wish humans would figure out what enslaves us all most of all is this puerile belief in written threats. That's what laws are. It is so stupid that multi dimensional beings defer to 2 dimensional writing. But then you're all invested aren't you because you pay into it with your earnings. So you have a vested interest in your own strangulation.

Correct. Taxes are taken out of our earnings. Interest also should not be paid to banks because interest is never credited into the economy. That means only the aggregate of principles is included in the money supply but all the interest that has to be paid back isn't. That means interest has to come from only the principle portion. That is a huge game of musical chairs. And lots of people/businesses get bumped out as we can see constantly.

Well yes I have done all these things and a lot more, but it's pretty useless for one to do it alone. It needs to have coordination but not much, just a question like this: "Do you pledge to stop paying interest on your bank loan?" And a simple yes for those who do and their name. The reason for the name is we need to know the identity and even the history of those we do dealings with. Anonymity favors sociopaths so we need to be sure of our own identity and not be shy about giving it, even if it means trouble. Trouble will still be present should one hide.
The way to beat the Douchebags (government, corps, NWO, bloodlines, etc) is to live in the open. That is the terrain they don't want at all. And living in the open, free speech, is our ONLY way out of this pit.
While I was off the system which was for about 12 years probably more I lost count, (I had no bank accounts, paypal or any of that sh!t) and it left my mind free to ruminate on this realm, materially, economically, culturally and consciousness-wise.
I really would love it if we simply tossed this idea around, if others tossed it around, talked about it, that's all it needs for now. But so chicken are almost all people, that they never expand on it or even recognize it. I know that's the programming and this too I have studied. But not by the ones who run the programming! (ie: institutions)
I am very moved by your thoughts and the sincere processing that you have gone through to arrive at this proposal. Also thoroughly admiring of your solo arrangements to see it through for a period of time. I did do something similar in objection to nuclear power and withheld an element of electric billing but did not go to court. Others did which was admirable but at the end of the day we were being treated like defaulters. Publicity was limited but it was still worthwhile for a symbolic period. I'm so glad you've shared this strategy. It will probably ring accord with others and get picked up. At the moment, personally, I want to focus on raising support for the Amish.... but the two entities which also include part of the process of getting to know you and your values which are so admirable ....
